The Service Dept.is excellent. Mike G. Is a great Servce Advisor. Sorry to be critical, but the speed of the construction is ridiculous. The Port Potties are disgusting. Yesterday, the Mens was closed using a plastic bag to secure the door. Not a good look.
Justin was our service rep. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Although this dealership is going through a rehab project, we were taken to a comfortable location to wait for our car. Can’t wait to see the finished project! I’m sure it will be amazing!

i visited for my first complimentary oil change. it took two hours, and i was not timely notified that the service was completed. I saw what I thought was another car like mine but turned out to be mine and was in that spot for approx. 20 minutes. I had to go back to the service desk to retrieve my car. I see that Mike has some nice reviews, but i found him to be overwhelmed. sorry but the experience could have been quicker and smoother for me to be positive.
I’m never disappointed with the great service I get whenever I bring my 6 in for regular maintenance. Most of all, Mike Gallagher is the greatest!
I was told my vehicle had a recall on the airbags and they may malfunction and it was important that I get it done would take two day the job to be completed. It took over 40 days on top of that I spoke with two gentlemen that were working on it . One gentleman and service was very nice. Mike Gallagher my service coordinator makes the experience exceptional and the reason I have been using your service department past warranty time. He is forth right and willing to assist and explain why the car needs the service and at times why it can wait until the next visit so I can make informed decisions.
30,000 routine maintenance was performed on time. It was noticed that 2 tires needed replaced. After consulting with me, I chose to replace all 4 tires. Next day I drove to Miami and notice a smoother ride. Since iI only drive 10,000 miles a year, I am entitly satisfy with Mike G supervision of my scheduled maintenance appointment.
I was informed I needed all new tires after tire rotation and balancing were performed. I decided to get new tire elsewhere but was still charged for the tire rotation and balancing. I called and left messages for both Mike and the general mgr. neither call was returned. In addition, when I had my other car, cx-3 serviced, i was told after the fact about the added charge if à credit card was used. I offered to pay with my debit card and was told it was too late. You only have à very small sign about this added fee.
Mike is always courteous and knowledgeable and does that job quickly which i appreciate! thank you!

Excellent Service! Very helpful and friendly. With Mike G, as my Service Manager, taking care of my car for the long run is easy, He is a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable. Greico Mazda always provides quick service, and the video is very helpful. Mike is good at explaining what's necessary and I never feel like he is recommending some service that I don't need.
I brought my vehicle in to Grieco Mazda for an oil change (synthetic oil and filter replacement). I also mentioned that the Bluetooth/audio system was not working properly, as people could not hear me clearly during calls.
The team performed a reset on the audio system, but afterward it stopped working completely. Now the radio and audio system continuously turns on and off and is essentially unusable.
In addition, I requested a synthetic oil change and filter replacement, but a standard oil change was performed instead.

I brought my MX5 in because my mile wise plug in was not functioning and it was the third unit I got to record my league for my insurance company. This was the second time that I brought it in and they couldn’t fix the problem.
As long as I have Mike G taking care of my car, I'm in good hands. Have dealt with him for years. My only complaint is the waiting area. Chairs are so uncomfortable for people with back problems, etc. The biggest is, PLEASE put a sign telling people to silence their phones, etc. You can't read or watch TV. Other than that, it's all good.

Quick and easy service. I use their online app to schedule my service for Saturday at 8 AM. They opened at 8 AM. Basically, just an oil change and check the fluids. I had the car back by 11 AM..

This is not the closest dealership to where I live. I had such a terrible experience at two other dealerships before I decided to give Grieco Mazda a try. I was really surprised with how easy this dealership was too deal with. When we drove onto the dealership and got out of the vehicle we were not pounced on. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this car dealership and their sales representative. I agreed on a price for them to buy my car, signed all the paperwork, and thought everything was set. However, just three days later, I got a call from the salesman saying that they couldn’t buy my car after all and that I needed to come pick it up.

Ur diagnostic pricing could be more favorable to the customer especially in my case where the tech agent couldn't repair the problem because there was some body damage example sunroof leak a little golfball size dent in the corner so the tech couldn't install the seal.
Incredible customer service. Jovani was very attentive and helpful. We had no problem test driving, negotiating prices, and just talking about my desired car. Would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a mazda in the area

I brought my Mazda in for the free six-month service. They seemingly performed it over the ninety minutes that I waited. They did not seem interested in answering my questions.
Service is always excellent. Mike, the service advisor, is always responsive and helpful and has good judgment.

upon purchase of my 2024 cx5, the finance officer Mike Sosa added a protection service contract I told him I did not want for 394.00 I confronted him with it, told me sign a cancel service contract form and in a few months it would be taken off my loan it has been 6 months NOTHING!!!
