The most important aspect of going to Grieco Mazda for service is that it’s fixed right the first time every time Mike has never sold me anything I didn’t need and has his technician send me videos to show what’s going on. This is our 4 vehicle we serviced there and they are always on point even the manager Charles has come by and asked if everything is ok the only thing I recommend they change is their coffee machine
We went to Grieco to test drive a CX5. We had appointments at two other dealerships that day to test drive their makes of cars. My Wife went for a test drive with the Salesman (Diego) and upon returning to the Dealership, said she wanted this car and wanted to give Diego the business. The Dealership gave us a great price and we closed the deal. From the Sales Manager (Alex) to the Finance Manager (Rodney) to the Salesman (Diego), all were very professional, very friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this Dealership!

Service writer was very professional. My only complaint, though minor, was the car was not washed or vacuumed. I've dealt with the Nisson store across the street and my vehicle was always cleaned after my visit.

Had a wonderful experience at the dealership. Came to do a trade in an was left satisfied. They had a DJ outside and was even doing a BBQ for the customers. No one was pushy, not too much negotiating, and our sales rep really knew a lot about the differences in each car. I was in and out in 2 1/2 hours and that included test driving.
